Privacy Policy for Lumi Garden Effective date: September 2, 2026 Lumi Garden is provided by Brainer. The app stores gameplay progress, puzzle marks, tutorial status, daily-puzzle progress, streak information, review-prompt eligibility, interstitial-ad frequency timestamps, and—if enabled—the Daily Garden reminder setting and last-opened day locally on the user's device. This information is used to continue the game and enforce conservative review, ad, and reminder rules. It is not transmitted to Brainer. If the user has Android backup or device transfer enabled, Android may copy this local gameplay information to the user's Google-managed backup or another device. Brainer cannot access that copy. Google's handling of Android backup data is governed by the user's Google Account and Google privacy settings. It also stores delivery badges, Daily Challenge and Daily Contract records, completion streaks, the newest seven local days of Daily Contract awards, selected cosmetic safety-helmet and cargo-livery IDs, sound and haptic choices, and limited eligibility flags for advertising and the official in-app review request.
