Privacy Policy for FormPix

FormPix (also shown as 폼픽, package name com.brainer.formpix) is an Android application provided by brainer through the Google Play developer account ysuk4097. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.

Photos and files

FormPix uses Android Photo Picker so you can choose the photos you want to process. The app compresses and resizes those photos on your device. FormPix does not upload your photos to a developer-operated server. Generated JPEG files are saved to the Pictures/FormPix folder on your device. The app keeps local metadata for up to 20 recent results so you can reopen them; clearing this history does not delete the saved image files.

Sharing photos

Sharing happens only when you tap a share button and choose a destination in Android's system share sheet. Android then grants the selected receiving app temporary access to the JPEG files you chose to share. FormPix does not automatically share photos and does not control how a receiving app handles information after you select it. Review the receiving app's privacy practices before sharing sensitive images.

Advertising and automatically handled data

FormPix uses Google Mobile Ads to display ads and Google's User Messaging Platform to present privacy choices where required. According to Google's SDK disclosure, the Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share IP address, interactions with the app or ads, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. IP address may be used to estimate general location. Data sent by the Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit.

The recipient is Google LLC and the advertising partners Google makes available for the ad request. The information is transmitted over the internet when consent resources or ads are requested and may be processed on Google infrastructure in the United States and other countries. Google determines its retention periods under its own policies. The purposes are ad delivery and measurement, analytics, security, and fraud prevention. FormPix does not receive a copy of this information that identifies you.

Google and its partners process this information under their own terms and privacy policies. Depending on your region and choices, ads may be personalized, non-personalized, or limited. Where required, FormPix requests an updated consent status when the app starts and does not request an ad until Google's consent SDK says an ad request is allowed. Where available, you can reopen privacy choices from FormPix settings. You can also reset or delete your Android advertising ID in your device's Google/Ads settings.

brainer does not sell personal information. FormPix shares data only through the user-initiated Android sharing flow and the Google advertising and consent services described above.

Permissions

FormPix uses internet and network-state access for ads and consent resources. It does not request camera, microphone, contacts, precise location, or broad photo-library/storage permission.

Retention and deletion

FormPix has no developer-operated user database. Local recent-result metadata remains on the device until you remove it from the in-app history, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app. Saved photos remain until you delete them with a file or gallery app. Clearing in-app history does not delete saved photos. Temporary processing data is released after the operation finishes or the app process ends.

Google retains and deletes advertising data under its own policies. You can use the privacy choices entry in FormPix when it is available, change Android advertising settings, or contact Google regarding information controlled by Google.

Your choices and rights

You may choose which photos FormPix can access, cancel processing, delete local history, delete exported files, decline or change advertising consent where the Google consent form is available, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app. You may contact brainer at the address below to ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or other privacy rights that apply in your region. Because FormPix does not keep a developer-operated copy of your photos or local history, most deletion requests can be completed directly on your device.

Accounts and children

FormPix does not offer user accounts and does not intentionally collect names, email addresses, or contact details. The app and its store listing are directed to adults aged 18 and over, not to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through an advertising service, contact brainer and Google so the concern can be reviewed.

Security

Image processing is kept on device. Network data handled by Google Mobile Ads is protected in transit as described by Google. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but the app limits its own data handling to what is needed for its features and advertising.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the app, included SDKs, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when a revised policy is published.
