Privacy Policy for Glow Board

Glow Board (package name com.brainer.glowboard) is developed by brainer. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.

Information you create

The messages, display settings, and presets you create are stored locally on your device. Glow Board does not require an account and does not upload this content to a brainer server. You can remove saved presets in the app, clear the app's storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app.

Advertising and consent

Glow Board uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to show advertisements and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request consent where required. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device or app identifiers, IP address and approximate location derived from it, ad interactions, diagnostics, and performance data. This information may be used to deliver and measure ads, limit ad frequency, prevent fraud, and personalize ads when you have consented or your settings allow it.

Where applicable, the app presents a consent message before requesting ads. If Google requires privacy options for your region, you can reopen them from the app's menu under Ad privacy choices.

Data sharing and sale

brainer does not sell your personal information. The app shares data only through the Google advertising and consent services described above. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Data retention

Locally stored messages, settings, and presets remain on your device until you delete them, clear app storage, or uninstall the app. Retention of advertising data processed by Google is controlled by Google and your Google or device settings.

Your choices

• Delete individual saved presets in the app.
• Clear all local app data in Android settings or uninstall the app.
• Review ad privacy choices from the app menu when that option is required for your region.
• Use your Android and Google advertising privacy settings to manage ad personalization.

Children's privacy

Glow Board is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through a brainer server. Users should avoid entering sensitive personal information into messages, especially because a board message is meant to be visible to people nearby.

Security

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Glow Board minimizes risk by keeping your board content on your device and not requiring an account.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be revised, and the current version will remain available at this URL.
