Hwatu Pairs: Memory Game – Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Brainer ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use Hwatu Pairs: Memory Game (the "App").

1. App purpose and audience

The App is an offline-first memory matching game intended for adults. It does not offer gambling, wagering, cash prizes, or real-money rewards. The App is not directed to children under 13.

2. Information stored on your device

The App does not require an account. Game progress, settings, onboarding status, and engagement counters are stored locally on your device so the App can remember your preferences and progress. This local data is not sent to us and is excluded from Android backup. You can erase it with the in-app reset control, by clearing the App's storage, or by uninstalling the App.

3. Advertising and consent

The App uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) to show interstitial advertisements at natural breaks between completed game stages. Before initializing advertising services, the App uses Google's User Messaging Platform where required to request, store, and manage privacy choices.

Google and its advertising partners may process information such as your IP address, device or advertising identifiers, general location inferred from your IP address, interactions with the App or advertisements, and diagnostic information. This processing may be used to provide and measure ads, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve services. Depending on your region and choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. The App does not request Android location permission.

You can reopen the privacy-options form from the App's Settings screen whenever Google makes that form available for your region. For more information, see the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

4. Google Play in-app review

After meaningful use, the App may ask Google Play to display its standard in-app review interface. The App does not use a custom rating gate, does not reward reviews, and does not learn whether you submitted a rating or what rating or review you provided. Review information is handled by Google Play under Google's policies.

5. Sharing and sale of information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not operate our own analytics server or user database for this App. Information may be processed by Google and its advertising partners as described above, or disclosed when required by law, to protect users, or to prevent fraud and abuse.

6. Retention and your choices

We do not retain the App's local game data on our servers. Advertising and consent data is retained by Google and its partners according to their own policies and legal obligations. You can change available privacy choices in Settings, reset local progress, reset your device's advertising identifier through Android settings where supported, or uninstall the App.

7. Children's privacy

The App is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information in connection with the App, contact us so we can investigate.

8. Security and international processing

We use reasonable measures to keep the App's local data within Android's app storage. Third-party providers may process information in countries other than your own and apply safeguards required by applicable law.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, third-party services, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy at this public URL and update the effective date.
