Neon Fix Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to Neon Fix, an Android puzzle game with package name com.brainer.neonfix, provided by Brainer.
Information handled by the game
Neon Fix generates puzzles and processes gameplay on your device. The game stores the current stage, highest completed stage, sound and vibration choices, language, review-prompt eligibility, notification preference, reminder state, and the time of the most recent interstitial ad locally on your device. Brainer does not receive this local gameplay or preference data and does not operate a server that stores it.
You can remove locally stored game data by clearing Neon Fix's app storage or uninstalling the app.
Advertising and consent
Neon Fix uses Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK to provide optional rewarded ads and limited interstitial ads. The game also uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and store advertising privacy choices where required.
According to Google's SDK disclosure, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share the following information for advertising, analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;
- app launches, taps, ad impressions, video views, and other product interactions;
- diagnostic and app-performance information, including launch time, hangs, and energy usage; and
- device or account identifiers, including the Android advertising ID and app set ID when available.
Google states that this information is encrypted in transit. Advertising choices and data handling may vary by region, device settings, consent selection, and whether limited ads are served. Where required, Neon Fix refreshes UMP consent information before initializing the ads SDK or requesting ads.
Google's privacy policy and advertising controls apply to information processed by Google: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Notifications and reviews
After a gameplay milestone, Neon Fix may ask for Android notification permission. If you allow it, the app can schedule one ordinary local reminder no sooner than 72 hours after you leave the game, targeted to 7:00 p.m. in your current time zone. Opening the game cancels a stale reminder, and you can turn return reminders off in the in-game settings or Android settings. Reminder settings remain on your device. The game does not use repeating or exact alarms for re-engagement reminders.
After a later positive gameplay milestone, Neon Fix may request the official Google Play in-app review flow. Google Play decides whether the review prompt is displayed. A review is optional and does not block gameplay.
Permissions
Neon Fix uses internet and network-state access for advertising and consent services. Advertising SDK components may use Android advertising and attribution permissions. If enabled by you, Android notification permission is used for local reminders. Boot-completion and wake-lock capabilities support rescheduling ordinary local notifications after a device restart.
Neon Fix does not request precise or approximate device-location permission, contacts, camera, microphone, phone, SMS or call logs, calendar, nearby devices, accessibility access, or broad storage access.
Accounts, retention, and deletion
Neon Fix does not provide user accounts, cloud save, or a developer-operated backend. Brainer does not retain gameplay data on a developer server. Locally held app state remains until you clear app storage or uninstall the app.
Information processed by Google is retained and deleted according to Google's policies and your Google or Android advertising settings. Where available, you can reset or delete the Android advertising ID in device settings.
Children
Neon Fix is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed to children under 13. The advertising configuration limits ad content to a general-audience rating. If the game's store targeting or child-directed treatment changes, the app configuration and this policy will be updated before release.
Security
Gameplay and preference data described above remain on your device. Google states that information handled by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when game features, SDKs, legal requirements, or data practices change. The effective date at the top will be revised, and the current version will remain available at this public URL.
