DeepFlow Privacy Policy

DeepFlow Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 14, 2026

DeepFlow is provided by Brainer Studio. For privacy questions, contact auction@mekorean.com. Developer website: https://mekorean.com.

Information you enter

DeepFlow stores task titles, current actions, completion conditions, ideas, return notes, links, session records, optional self-reported absorbed feeling and fatigue, templates, and preferences on your device. These records let you organize work, preserve context, and review your sessions. You choose the content you enter. The optional ratings are personal reflection questions, not medical assessments or validated psychological scales.

Session records may include the times you switch between execution, exploration and pause. A five-minute work-state map displays those recorded intervals, and you can manually mark or unmark periods when concentration felt difficult. These marks are your reports, not an automated measurement of attention or productivity. Older records without interval data are not reconstructed into measured activity.

Your work records are not uploaded to Brainer Studio or sent to the advertising SDK. DeepFlow requires no account and has no cloud synchronization, work-monitoring analytics, remote crash-reporting service, or AI provider. It does not capture your screen, record typed content from other apps, read browsing history, or monitor other applications.

Advertising and consent

DeepFlow is free and uses Google AdMob banner advertisements on eligible screens outside an active work session. Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform process information for advertising, measurement, diagnostics and fraud prevention. Google's SDK may collect and share your IP address (including approximate location derived from it), device or account identifiers such as advertising and app-set IDs, app or advertisement interactions, and diagnostic information. SDK data is transmitted using TLS encryption. Advertising data is separate from the tasks, notes, backup contents and personal reflection answers you enter into DeepFlow; those records are not attached to ad requests.

Where required, a consent message is provided before advertising requests. Available advertising privacy choices can be revisited from Settings. Your choices, region and device settings affect whether personalized, non-personalized or limited advertisements are available. Core work, records and backup functions remain usable if an ad or consent request fails or the device is offline. You can reset or delete your advertising ID using Android's settings.

Google handles advertising information according to https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads. SDK data practices are described at https://developers.google.com/admob/android/privacy/play-data-disclosure. Google determines retention of information it processes according to its policies. Brainer Studio does not receive your individual AdMob advertising profile or your work records.

Google Play reviews

After you have completed meaningful work in the app, DeepFlow may offer Google's official in-app review flow. Providing a rating or written review is optional and never unlocks features or rewards. Google Play handles the rating and text you choose to submit, encrypts that information, and may display it publicly as your Play Store review. You can delete your review through your Google Play or Google Account controls. DeepFlow does not send your tasks, ideas, session reflections or backup contents with this request and does not learn whether you submitted a rating. Google Play's own terms and privacy practices apply to its review interface.

DeepFlow keeps private installation-level preferences to avoid repeated review requests. These preferences are excluded from workspace backups and are not uploaded. Deleting your workspace clears work-derived review progress, while the review-attempt flag remains until you clear app storage or uninstall the app.

Export, import, and external links

When you export records, Android asks you to choose a document destination. A destination you select may belong to a cloud storage provider. That provider handles the exported file under its own policies. Exported files can contain your private notes; choose the destination and recipients carefully.

Import reads the backup file you select to restore your records. Opening a saved web link launches another application, such as your browser; the destination website and that application apply their own privacy practices. DeepFlow does not automatically open links or attach your task notes to them.

Storage, retention, and deletion

Workspace records are retained in private app storage until you delete them, replace them through a confirmed import, clear the application's storage, or uninstall the application. You can delete your local workspace records from Settings. Automatic Android cloud backup and device transfer of these records are disabled. Files you exported remain in the destinations you chose and must be deleted there separately. Your device's security and any exported backup storage affect protection of these records; exported JSON files are not end-to-end encrypted by DeepFlow.

There is no DeepFlow account to delete. Advertising data controls are available through the privacy choices offered in Settings and Google's privacy and advertising controls. The developer cannot associate a support email with an advertising identifier processed by Google.

Support messages

If you contact the support address, we receive the message and any information you choose to include. We use it to respond and investigate the issue. Do not send sensitive work content unless needed for your request. You may contact us to request deletion of support correspondence, subject to any retention required by applicable law.

Intended audience and future connected features

DeepFlow is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. This policy describes the app's local work features and advertising. If cloud synchronization, AI processing, account features, work-monitoring analytics, or purchases are introduced, their data handling will be disclosed before activation and this policy will be updated. The current release does not provide those services.

Changes and contact

Updates to this policy will be published with a revised date. Questions about DeepFlow or your data can be sent to auction@mekorean.com.
