Information stored on your device
The game stores puzzle progress, coins, decorations, daily reward dates, settings and ad cadence on your device. This information restores your game and prevents duplicate rewards. No account, login, developer-operated server or developer analytics endpoint is used. Game saves are not sent to Brainer Studio. Uninstalling the app or clearing application storage removes this local information. Android backup is disabled.
When updating from the former Bloom Sort rules, the game retains a local copy of the previous save so that earned progress and the earlier puzzle record can be recovered. If you choose to export that backup, Android lets you select its destination. The game does not automatically upload or send the backup to Brainer Studio.
Advertising and privacy choices
Mallowbot Workshop uses Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform. It offers optional rewarded advertisements for an in-game booster and occasional interstitial advertisements at natural level transitions. Rewards are granted only after the advertising SDK reports that the reward has been earned. Ad availability and consent failures do not prevent ordinary gameplay.
Advertising and consent services start only after you select the 18-or-older age group and explicitly confirm it. The optional, unselected age-group screen appears in Settings or when you first choose a rewarded-ad action. You may continue without choosing. Other choices keep the game free of advertising requests. Only a coarse age group is stored on this device; no date of birth is requested and this choice is not sent to Brainer Studio. You can change or reset it in Settings. Changing away from the adult choice stops new app advertising requests and invalidates pending ad rewards; it cannot retract information already transmitted during a previously authorized adult session.
Google and its advertising partners may process device and advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from network information, app and advertisement interactions, diagnostics and other ad-related information to deliver and measure advertisements, prevent fraud and comply with legal requirements. Handling depends on applicable law, SDK configuration and your privacy choices. This third-party advertising information may be collected and shared by the advertising SDK even though Brainer Studio does not operate a game-data server.
Where required, a consent message is shown before advertising requests. Advertising privacy choices are available through the game's settings when required by the consent platform. You can also manage or reset your advertising identifier in Android settings. Refusing personalized advertising does not block the game; available advertisements may differ.
See Google's privacy policy and Google Mobile Ads data disclosures. Third-party processing, retention, security and deletion are governed by the relevant providers' policies and applicable law.
Google Play reviews
Google Play handles in-app review requests. The game cannot see the rating or review text from that flow. Reviews are never required or rewarded.
Permissions
The game uses network access for advertising and platform services and vibration for optional tactile feedback. Included Google and AndroidX libraries also declare advertising ID access, basic cellular network or software state, wake-lock and foreground-service permissions. These permissions do not give the game call logs, phone numbers or the contents of calls. The game does not request contacts, camera, microphone, precise location, photo access or notification permission. It contains no billing or subscriptions.
Retention, security and your choices
Local game information remains until you clear application storage or uninstall. We minimize permissions and do not transmit game saves. Children and changes
Mallowbot Workshop is a general-audience puzzle game and is not designed specifically for children. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through a developer-operated service. If you have a concern about a child's information, please contact us. Changes to this policy will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
