Chainfire Privacy Policy

Local information and backups
The app stores progress, stars, unfinished boards, favorites, preferences, hint access and advertising frequency records on your device. No account is required. Brainer does not operate a game server or upload these records to its own server. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes local records.
You may export or import game backups through Android’s file picker. Files contain progress and preferences and are saved to your selected location, which may be a cloud provider you use. Brainer does not receive or host them. Ad frequency records and rewarded-hint entitlements are separate from exported backups. Exported files remain until you delete them.
Advertising and consent
Advertising-enabled builds use Google Mobile Ads Next-Gen SDK for banner, interstitial and optional rewarded ads, and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK for regional privacy choices. Development testing uses Google demonstration ad units. Ordinary gameplay remains available when advertising fails.
When advertising is enabled and permitted, Google and its advertising service providers may process device or advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from network information, app and ad interactions, diagnostics and performance information. Purposes include ad delivery and measurement, fraud prevention and service reliability. The app does not request precise location, contacts, microphone, camera or photo-library access for advertising.
The app requests non-personalized advertising and a G maximum ad-content rating. Non-personalized ads may still use information for delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. They do not mean that no information is processed. Required regional privacy messages are requested through Google’s consent system before ads. Where available, use Advertising privacy settings in the app’s Settings menu to review or change choices. Advertising identifier controls are also available in Android settings.
Rewarded ads start only when you choose to watch one to unlock a stage’s hints. An unlock is recorded only after the SDK reports the reward was earned. Closing early does not grant it. Google handles advertising data according to its own policies, including applicable retention and deletion practices. See Google Privacy Policy and Google Advertising Policies and Controls.
Retention, security and rights
Local records remain until app storage is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Google controls retention of information handled by its advertising services; Brainer cannot directly erase Google advertising records. Network services use protections provided by Google SDKs. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Contact auction@mekorean.com with privacy questions or applicable rights requests. If you email us, information you provide is used to handle the request and retained only as needed for that purpose or applicable obligations. There is no in-app account to delete.
Children and changes
Chainfire is intended for ages 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children under 13 for personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information to Brainer. Regional consent requirements may differ.
We may update this policy when functionality or data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
