Piyo Pop! Privacy Policy — 삐약팝! - 멀리 날리기

Privacy Policy for Piyo Pop! - Fly Far

Effective date: October 15, 2026

Brainer Studio provides Piyo Pop! - Fly Far (Korean title: 삐약팝! - 멀리 날리기), Android package com.brainer.piyopop. This policy explains local game data and information handled by advertising and Google Play services.

Local game data

The game works without an account. Progress, currency, upgrades, unlocked regions, completed goals, settings, review eligibility, and advertising reward/cooldown records are stored on the device. Advertising records include the frozen flight bonus, whether it was claimed, completed-flight counts, and timing/count limits used to prevent duplicate rewards and excessive advertising.

Brainer Studio does not operate a game server, receive this local save, sell local gameplay data, or provide cloud accounts. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes local app data, subject to Android backup behavior controlled by the device or platform.

Advertising and Google services

The Android game integrates Google AdMob through Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). Rewarded advertisements are optional: the displayed offer describes the additional popcorn before the player chooses to watch. Some completed flights may show a limited interstitial at a natural results transition. There are no banner ads or advertisements during flight. Unavailable advertisements and consent errors do not prevent ordinary play.

Google's advertising SDK may automatically collect and share a device's IP address (which can indicate approximate location), ad/app interactions such as launches, taps and video views, diagnostic/performance information, and device or account identifiers such as advertising ID or app set ID, subject to SDK configuration, consent, age treatment, and device controls. Google uses advertising data for ad delivery, advertising measurement/analytics, and fraud prevention. Restrictive age or consent settings can limit the information used; they do not mean that every network request is anonymous or that the SDK collects no information.

Ad data is handled by Google under its Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. Google's explanation of data handled by the Mobile Ads SDK is available at https://developers.google.com/admob/unity/privacy/play-data-disclosure. Google states that SDK data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Google determines the retention of information it receives under its policies and applicable obligations; Brainer Studio does not control Google's retention periods.

The game does not include a separate analytics, crash-reporting, social-login, billing, or notification service. The advertising SDK itself handles interaction and diagnostic information as described above.

Consent, age treatment and privacy choices

The intended audience is age 13 and above. A minimum target age of 13 does not establish that every player is above the local age of consent. The game does not ask for a date of birth. Where age is unknown, advertising requests use conservative age-restricted protections and a G maximum ad content rating. These ad-serving restrictions do not change the stated audience or represent a verified age determination.

UMP checks the current privacy-message requirements at app launch. Where a privacy message is required and available, Google presents it. Ad requests are gated by the SDK's current CanRequestAds decision, rather than by a saved consent string maintained by the game. When required, an advertising privacy choices entry appears in Settings so the player can reopen Google's privacy options. Consent or network failure leaves the game playable. Rejecting personalized-ad consent may restrict advertising; it does not necessarily remove all advertisements or all technical processing.

Android advertising identifiers can be reset or deleted through the device's advertising/privacy settings. Availability and labels depend on Android version. Google provides additional account privacy controls at https://myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy.

The game is not designed or marketed for children under 13. A parent or guardian with a privacy question may contact us below.

Google Play review

After a meaningful positive milestone, the game may request Google's official in-app review interface. Google Play can suppress it. The game does not receive the review outcome, reward ratings, or ask players to pre-rate the game. Reviews are handled by Google under its own terms and privacy policy.

Device features and network access

Optional vibration supports haptic feedback and can be disabled in Settings. Internet/network access supports advertisements and privacy messaging. The game does not request location, contacts, camera, microphone, media-storage, notification, or exact-alarm access. IP-based approximate location can still be inferred by the advertising service without a location permission.
