Pocket Harbor Privacy Policy

Pocket Harbor (포켓 하버), Android package com.brainer.pocketharbor, is provided by Brainer. Privacy contact: auction@mekorean.com.

Local game data

The app stores puzzle progress, completed puzzle identifiers, coins, cosmetic harbor tier, daily claims, sound and accessibility preferences, reward records, and advertising frequency timestamps on your device. These records support gameplay and prevent duplicate rewards. Brainer does not receive these records or operate an app backend.

No account, login, in-app purchase, precise location, contacts, camera, microphone, or notification feature is provided. Android app backup is disabled. Local records remain until you clear the app storage in Android Settings or uninstall the app. These actions remove your local progress. There is no app account to delete.

Advertising and Google services

Advertising is disabled in the current local preview. The app contains integrations for Google Mobile Ads, Google User Messaging Platform (UMP), and the Google Play in-app review service. In ad-enabled distributions, the app may show optional rewarded advertisements and limited advertisements between completed stages. Ads never require you to click an advertiser or make a purchase. Declining a reward offer, unavailable ads, and ad failures do not prevent ordinary puzzle play or free retry.

When advertising is enabled, Google advertising services may collect or process device or other identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, ad interactions, diagnostic information, and consent choices for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. The app checks consent eligibility before requesting ads and displays the required consent form where applicable. Required privacy options are available from the app Settings when applicable. The app does not request precise device location. The Google Mobile Ads SDK crash-reporting option is disabled by the app.

Google Play supplies the optional review flow. Brainer does not receive the content you enter into that platform review interface. Google and Google Play may process platform information under their own policies.

Sharing, security, and retention

Brainer does not sell local game records and does not send them to an app-operated server. Android protects private application storage using its app sandbox. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. When third-party advertising or platform services are used, the provider controls its processing, storage, international transfers, and retention under its policies. Google may process information outside your country. Contact Google for information held under your Google account and contact Brainer for questions about app behavior.

Audience

The game is intended for a general teen and adult puzzle audience and is not directed to children. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children through an app account or app backend. If you believe a child has provided personal information in connection with the app, contact us.
