Rome: Five Minute Emperor Privacy Policy — 로마: 5분 황제
Rome: Five Minute Emperor Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 12, 2026
This policy covers Rome: Five Minute Emperor (Korean title: 로마: 5분 황제), Android package com.brainer.romeemperor, developed by ysuk4097 / Brainer Studio. Privacy and support contact: auction@mekorean.com. Developer website: https://mekorean.com.
Your game stays on your device
Campaign choices, campaign length, resources, characters, governing charters, province projects, provincial governance, political pressure, relations, trade agreements, diplomatic commands, imperial orders, pending consequences, historical chronicles, ending discoveries, earned record points, ruler unlocks and preferences are saved in the app's private storage on your device. Ad reward claims and advertisement frequency records are also kept locally to prevent duplicate rewards and excessive interruptions. The developer does not operate a game server, require an account, or upload these game saves. Android cloud backup of the app's save data is disabled. We do not request access to your contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise location.
Daily challenges are generated on your device using its clock and built-in game content. Challenge dates, goals, results and completion marks are saved locally with your game records. They are not uploaded to a developer server or a leaderboard. Completion marks remain until you clear the app's storage or uninstall it.
Advertising and Google services
The app includes Google AdMob rewarded and interstitial advertising, Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) for privacy choices, and Google Play's in-app review service. There is no separate developer analytics or crash-reporting service.
After an eligible defeat, you may choose to watch a rewarded ad to return to the decision before defeat once during that campaign. After an ending, you may separately choose a rewarded ad for ten additional record points once per campaign. The button states the reward before you start. Normal ending records and base points do not require watching an ad. A reward is granted only when the advertising SDK confirms completion.
Starting with version 1.2.1, an extended campaign may offer up to two mid-campaign interstitials, after the twelfth and twenty-fourth accepted decisions when you choose to continue from a reign summary. Earlier versions offered one such opportunity after the sixteenth decision. The app skips these placements if that campaign presented a rewarded ad or an ad is unavailable. Accepted decisions stay saved, and local checkpoint records prevent replay after restarting. Local cooldowns and frequency limits apply. Advertising failures do not block continuation.
A separate limited interstitial may appear after you finish reading a later successful ordinary campaign result and choose to start the next reign. The app skips these automatic ads for the first result, failures, daily challenges, the first success qualifying for an in-app review, and a campaign that presented a rewarded ad. Local cooldowns and frequency limits also apply. Advertising or connection failures do not prevent normal play or starting the next campaign.
Google's advertising and privacy services may process IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), advertising or other device identifiers, app interactions, advertising interactions, and diagnostic information for advertising, analytics, service operation and fraud prevention. These services may communicate with Google's servers when privacy information is requested or advertising services operate. The app does not request device location permission. Google states that Mobile Ads SDK data is encrypted in transit using TLS.
Where required, the app presents Google's privacy message before requesting ads. You can revisit available advertising privacy choices from the app's Settings screen. Your device's Android settings also offer advertising identifier controls. The availability of advertising depends on connectivity, regional consent rules and Google's ad inventory.
Google's handling of data is described at Google Privacy Policy and Google advertising privacy controls. Technical disclosures are available at Google Mobile Ads SDK data disclosure. Google Play may separately process review information when you choose to submit a review; no review is required or rewarded by the game.
Sharing, retention and deletion
We do not sell your personal data or share your private game saves. Advertising and privacy SDK data may be shared with Google and advertising partners under their privacy terms and the choices available to you.
The app keeps detailed chronicles for the most recent 50 reigns. Cumulative points, ending totals, unlocked rulers and the current campaign remain in local storage until you clear the app's storage or uninstall it. Those actions erase the local campaign, records and earned unlocks; the developer has no server copy to recover. Advertising-service information follows Google's and its partners' retention policies. You can use Google's privacy controls or contact the relevant provider about its data. Contact auction@mekorean.com for questions or privacy requests concerning this app.
Audience and changes
This game is intended for an adult audience interested in historical strategy and is not directed to children under 13. It is a fictional alternate-history game, not a historical reference. We may update this policy when the app's data handling changes, and will update the effective date above.
